Wander Inn is a beautiful place for our campers to meet and enjoy each other.  It is available for our campers to use FOR FREE for dinners, games, parties, and more.  We have an event calendar that makes it easy-breezy to get as involved as you want to with your neighbors.  It has a beautiful kitchen for campers to use when relatives come to town and there is no in the RV.  There is also a "Bunkhouse" that sleeps two for camper's use if your RV is in the shop or your family is in town.  There is a nominal fee for the use of the Bunkhouse to cover cleaning, bathhouse and electricity.


Wagon Master RV Park has an event hall called "Wander Inn" available for private parties, weddings, rehearsal dinners, family reunions, receptions, meetings or any other event you need a large space for.  It is FREE (or very small fee, depending) for campers use and we get together A LOT.

The "cottage themed" Wander Inn will seat 80 with round and rectangular tables and garden folding chairs.  It has modern kitchen facilities, a piano, games and game tables, and bathrooms.  There is a huge deck for outdoor gatherings.

The following prices are for NON CAMPERS, or the general public:(Wagon Master Camper info posted below the pictures)


Rental Rate:  $100/per hour


  • 3 hour minimum.
  • Deposit: $100 refundable to save the date.
  • Balance, including $50 cleaning fee due 10 days prior to event. Non refundable.
  • Events must fall within the hours of 8am-10pm as we must respect RV Park quiet hours. No exceptions to this rule.
  • All events with alcohol must provide their own uniformed police officer (state law).  Officers can be hired by calling Sanger Police Department or Denton County Sheriffs office. We are right on the line between city/county, so both can serve. This cost is paid directly to the officer of about $30-40/hr.  No exceptions to this rule and proof of hire must be shown prior to the event.
  • Event set-up/break down time (1-5 people present only) can be added for $50/hr. One free hour is included for event set-up/breakdown.
